a) any rule above is not followed and/or there is continued non-compliance;
b) animals are found on the property, especially in the accommodation, without a prior reservation confirmed in writing by the pousada, or animals not listed on the Registration Form at check-in without payment of the pet fee;
c) Possible transmission of diseases to other animals or people when the animal’s good state of health has not been confirmed by a certificate; and,
d) Medical and legal expenses in the event of an attack and/or transmission of diseases to guests, staff and/or other animals.
If a guest cancels their stay due to non-compliance with the pet policy, the Reservation and Cancellation Policies in effect when the reservation was made will apply.

Privacy Policy
The terms and conditions of the Privacy Policies shall apply:
a. All data processing carried out by the network.
b. The group's entire website, landing page, booking engine and even social media, as well as those of its accommodations.
1.In compliance with Law 13709/2018 on the protection and processing of personal data, we inform users of our web pages that data provided through them via the corresponding forms or emails received, and considered personal data, is provided entirely voluntarily, and failure to provide it will not affect the quality of the services provided unless otherwise indicated.
Personal data.
As a guest, you may be asked at various times to provide personal information about yourself and your companions, such as:
– Contact information such as name, telephone numbers, email addresses, ZIP code, vehicle details and others;
– Personal details such as date of birth, nationality, ID number, CPF, passport, pet documents and others;
– Information about accompanying guests and children, such as full name, date of birth, CPF, email address and other details;
– Credit card information, only in transaction and guarantee systems.
– Membership card, loyalty program and other card numbers;
– Hotel arrival and departure dates, dates at the destination and dates of other destinations visited previously;
– Preferences and interests, such as cultural, culinary and sporting activities, accommodation type, preferred location, bed type and many others;
– Questions, comments or requests for reviews that may arise during or after your stay.
In addition, depending on applicable law, data other than that listed above may also be considered confidential, including credit card numbers, leisure habits, hobbies and personal activities, cultural habits, smoker or non-smoker status, among others. It may be necessary to collect this confidential data to fulfill your request or provide you with specific services, such as a particular diet or accessibility features for people with physical disabilities. In that case, if required by applicable law, we will ask you to give your express consent for us to collect and process this confidential information.
2. This data will be added to an automated database managed by the network, its lodging facilities and its technology partners, in accordance with the law.
Personal information may be collected in certain circumstances, including, without limitation, the following:
a. Hospitality-related activities, such as:
– Accommodation reservations;
– Check-in and check-out;
– Consumption during the stay, which may be calculated by monitoring charges;
– Complaints, requests and/or disputes.
b. Participation in commercial programs:
– Registration with the loyalty program;
– Contributing guest reviews and/or comments (e.g., “Guest Satisfaction Survey,” “Contact Us,” “Guest Comments”);
– Competitions;
– Signing up for or subscribing to newsletters to receive communications, offers or promotions by email.
c. Provision of information by third-party service providers:
– Tour operators, travel agencies, GDS reservation systems, PMSs, channel managers, marketing agencies, other inns in the group, etc.
d. In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), we inform you that completing and submitting the National Guest Registration Form - FNRH to the Ministry of Tourism is a legal obligation for all lodging establishments in Brazil, as provided for in Decree No. 7,381 of December 2, 2010, which regulates Tourism Law No. 11,771/2008.
e. Internet activities:
– Connection to websites (IP address, session cookies);
– Completing online data-collection forms, such as online reservations, questionnaires, etc.
3. The user consents to and is deemed informed of the processing and use of their data through automated systems for the purpose of responding to their request for information, managing the distribution of submitted audiovisual and graphic material and, where applicable, the existing contractual relationship, as well as keeping them informed about products, services and the programming schedule, and all our activities.
We strive to provide the best possible quality of service, so we will use your personal information for the following purposes:
a. Manage your reservations:
– Book the requested accommodation;
– Establish and maintain business records and meet financial requirements;
– Carry out internal administrative processes, including managing a list of undesirable guests, which may occur in cases of nonpayment, inappropriate behavior, etc.
b. Manage your stay:
– Monitor telephone, bar, Internet, pay-TV and various other charges;
– Access the accommodations.
c. Improve hospitality, including:
– Process your personal information in our customer relationship management program;
– Better understand your needs and requests;
– Customize products and services to better suit your preferences.
d. Send newsletters and promotional and commercial materials, or contact you about tourism, hospitality and services, network promotions, accommodations or those of our partners. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking a link in our messages or contacting us through the available channels.
e. Improve our services, including:
– Conduct surveys and analyze guest questionnaires, comments and usual activities;
– Manage guest complaints;
– Allow you to enjoy our loyalty program.
f. Improve and make the use of our websites more secure, including:
– Improve website navigation;
– Implement security and fraud-prevention measures.
g. Comply with local regulations, such as retaining business, accounting and other records.
4. Users guarantee and are in all cases responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep it properly updated.
Also, if you provide us with personal data belonging to third parties, you must be duly authorized to do so and must expressly inform the data subjects of the rights and/or obligations contained herein, acknowledging the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, currency and authenticity of such data.
5. The user is likewise informed of the possibility of exercising the rights granted by applicable law, namely the right to information, access, rectification, deletion and objection regarding their data, through formal communications such as email.
6. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18, except for their name, date of birth, CPF, email address, telephone number and nationality provided directly by an adult on the child's behalf or with the adult's permission. Make sure your children do not provide us with personal information without your consent, including online. If you believe your child has sent us personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
7. We guarantee that we have adopted the necessary and legally required security measures on our premises, systems and files, also ensuring the security of files containing personal data and preventing their loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.
8. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the user is aware that the security of electronic communications is vulnerable.
9. Nevertheless, we will disclose personal data and any other information in our possession or accessible through our systems to the competent public authorities whenever required in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
10. The user expressly consents to their data being shared for the purposes referred to in the paragraphs above or with other companies with which we enter into collaboration agreements and/or their providers and systems.
11. You have the right to access, amend or delete your personal information. You may also object to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the guests’ privacy policies if you have legitimate grounds. However, please note that if you do so, in certain circumstances we may be unable to provide the requested service. If you do not wish this processing to take place, you may notify us at our physical address or by email, but receipt must always be confirmed. Until such notification is made, we will understand that consent has been granted.
12. These privacy policies for guests of the network and its accommodations may be updated periodically. Therefore, we ask that you read the privacy policies regularly whenever you make a reservation, check in or check out.
